Thiago Julio, Manager of Open Innovation at Grupo DASA / Healthcare, Biotech, Life Sciences Curator at Cubo Itaú

Radiologist, graduated at Unicamp, specialized in Image and Oncology Intervention at the Cancer Institute of the State of São Paulo (Icesp – FMUSP), where he was preceptor and assistant physician. Post-graduate in Medical Informatics, he worked for five years with IT at Hospital Israelita Albert Einstein and Hospital Sírio-Libanês. He also has a major in Clinical Research from the Harvard School of Public Health.

He is currently the Open Innovation Manager at DASA Group and Curator of the Health Vertical at Cubo Health, a joint venture with Banco Itaú.

He is also Coordinator of the IT Committee of the Brazilian College of Radiology, Scientific Coordinator of Informatics and Technology of the Paulista Society of Radiology, member of the PADI Commission (Accreditation and Quality Program in Diagnostic Imaging), Co-founder Director of IHE Brasil, mentor, advisor and investor-angel of Digital Health startups.

Has worked at the Sírio-Libanês Hospital as radiologist and Coordinator of Technology and Innovation, as well as the Hospital Israelita Albert Einstein, where he worked for eight years as an interventional radiologist, having been a member of the IT board of the Image Department and Technology Coordinator of the Center of Minimally Invasive Medicine. Implemented and coordinated the Service of Minimally Invasive Intervention Guided by Image of Hospital São Camilo. He also worked with emergency radiology at the hospitals Sírio-Libanês, São Luiz, Albert Einstein, São Camilo and at the Faculty of Medicine of Bragança Paulista.
