Rodrigo Silvestre, Industrial Director, Tecpar

Graduated in Economic Sciences from the State University of Londrina (2005) and Masterof Science in Economic Development from the Federal University of Paraná (2008). Graduation in Control Engineering and Automation at the Tupy Technology College (SOCIESC, 2013, Incomplete). He is currently Industrial Director of the Paraná Technology Institute (Tecpar). He was Director of the Industrial and Innovation in Health Complex (DECIIS) at the Brazillian Ministry of Health’s Secretariat of Science, Technology and Strategic Inputs (SCTIE). The main areas of interest in research are industrial policies based on innovation, economic development, health economics and collective health, intelligent control theory and international technological cooperation.
