3DBS seeks to collaborate with the future of tissue engineering and regenerative medicine, by developing bioprinters and applications able to generate functional tissues.

ABL-Therapeutic – MicroRNA-based therapy of non-alcoholic steatohepatitis, promoting an efficacious and specific treatment for this desease.

Adarna Health Data developed a solution to help the Healthcare industry take better decisions through the mining and analysis of real world data, big data. Their objective is helping the industry challenges regarding real word data, big data and A.I. algorithms to improve the quality of life of patients and their families.

ADITIV LAB improves the results of clinical and surgical procedures with 3D printing and 3D modeling for the biomedical market. Their services comprehend biocompatible 3D printing materials (currently in the regulatory phase), and replicas of teeth and dental arch for training in universities (a partnership with RealDent Company).

ANS Pharma has developed a biopolymer which, associated with factors and proteins, provides wound healing, reducing tissue restoration time. The solution consists of the application of biopolymers associated with factors and proteins that can modulate the signaling pathways responsible for the cause of some diseases. The proposed technology can be used for healing wounds and burns, reducing tissue restoration time and acting as coagulant, bacteriostatic and mucoadhesive.

Arborea Biotech has developed an adjuvant compound obtained in a sustainable and from national and renewable plant raw material. Compared to our main competitor, our product has the differential of being less toxic and equally effective, which allows us to develop innovative formulations and obtain high performance veterinary vaccines.

Aya Tech is a Startup that develops chemical innovative products for health and wellness, through wearable technology, appllying this chemical products on the fabric instead of the skin.

Biopolix Materiais Tecnológicos is a startup that works with biomaterial production. We developed a bioadhesive that works as an oral topical anesthetics, only on the desired spot, that is easy to apply/remove and reaches a higher level of analgesia in 2 minutes.

Biosolvit – Specializing in biotechnology, develops ecological and sustainable solutions to environmental problems from renewable sources. Their research is directed to the use of organic and industrial waste discarded by several Brazilian companies, promoting a more harmonious coexistence between the human being and the environment.

Brainn is a startup that has developed a sensor that captures the frequencies of brainwaves and enables driving a toy trolley that is moved by the force of thought. That process informs the user’s level of concentration and performance during the constant use of the toy, allowing to monitor the performance and improvement of the user’s concentration.

Cuco Health is a digital therapeutics startup focused on helping patients through technology in their day to day lives. It provides educational content and help with medication and treatment schedule so people can enjoy what’s really important: their healthy lives.

Embrapii (Brazilian Agency for Industrial Research and Innovation) contributes to Innovation in Brazilian industry through strengthened collaboration between industry, universities and research institutes. IT is operating model enables quickness, flexibility and reduced risk in supporting companies’ RD&I projects. The non-refundable grants managed by EMBRAPII are invested in projects carried out by companies and research institutions, acknowledged for their excellence, technological focus and the ability to meet companies’ RD&I demands. EMBRAPII Units have funds that are available exclusively for innovation projects.

Finep Research and Innovation is a public company under Brazil’s Ministry of Science, Technology and Innovation. HelpRemédios – a solution that would help the patient find the drugs prescribed by the doctors, at the same time provide increased sales in pharmacies partnerships and reduce the breakdown of products propagated by the sales force. Today we have two apps, a portal for pharmacies and an admin panel, we receive commission for sales through the platform and monthly fees of the partner pharmacies.

ImplantCell – Stem Cells Biotech – The present invention relates to the use of human stem cells where donor and receptor represent the same person in order to build a whole tooth biological substitute regenerating fully or partially the biological substitute for implantation at the target site. This invention improves through the tissue engineering and biofabrication methods using the synthetic or natural scaffold (bioscaffolds), which uses three-dimensional technologies (bioimpression) for the construction of macro and micro-geometry of the organ and decellularization of original structures (biological disposal teeth). The bioprocessing results in a combined, scaffold and cell, which promotes the biological substitute of the supporting tooth and bone.

In Situ Terapia Celular – Healthcare-based technology startup, which provides three-dimensional bio-materials containing stem cells for treatment of patients with chronic ulcers and severe burns. The main goal is to improve the life quality of our patients.

InNano – Cancer is a disease that affects thousands of women in Brazil and the world, with estimates of 1.7 million new cases per year. Current cancer therapy involves invasive tumor removal processes, chemotherapy, and radiation therapy. These treatments have numerous side effects which represent about 70% of the cost of cancer therapy. A strong trend towards the development of biotechnology-based products for cancer are interfering RNAs (RNAi) encapsulated in nanoparticles. The solution aims to develop a carrier delivery system of interfering RNA as a new therapy for breast cancer to generate an effective and specific response against breast cancer.

InSiChem Drug Discovery is a technology-based startup that uses artificial intelligence to discover new high value-added molecules against chronic and infectious diseases. The idea is to use machine learning to plan promising new molecules with high potential for patent and royalties. This approach improves the drug development process, reducing costs and time for new therapies to reach the market.

LOTAN Agrosciences mission is to develop and deliver biotech solutions with low environmental impact and a high effectiveness to agriculture, with a special focus on Crop Protection. It works mainly with RNAi technology, with a significant portfolio of intellectual property, including transgenic plants immune to resistant pests and also topical application pesticides.

MaChiron is a technology company integrating professionals in the area of Data Science and medicine that builds database and develops algorithms of intelligence and deep learning in search of solutions for the health sector. We use custom algorithms for each type of problem, in particular, for diagnostic techniques based on images.

Naiad is a bioinformatics startup creating novel bioactive molecules targeting G protein-coupled receptors (GPCRs), a superfamily of receptors involved in a wide range of diseases. The STYX technology they are developing and their strong capabilities in structure based drug design will enable them to build a robust pipeline of new molecules with high potential to become next generation medicines.

Nanolight Diagnóstico has been developing a blood test that uses nanotechnology for rapid diagnosis in early stage breast cancer. We use of modified gold nanoparticles to detect the biomarker and emit fluorescent signal in positive cases that can be verified in routine laboratory equipment in clinical analysis.

NanoPack developed a state-of-the-art antimicrobial packaging solutions for perishable foods based on natural nanomaterials that will prevent food-borne illness outbreaks and reduce food waste caused by early spoilage. It’s an environmentally friendly barrier coating for packaging that protects foods from oxygen degradation, extending shelf life.

Nutrinovapharma Farmácia de Manipulação – Development of a probiotic from the Kefir microbiome, using lyophilization and microencapsulation techniques that considerably increase the effectiveness of the product. Hence, the product is more effective and more concentrated than the regular Kefir and still at a very inexpensive cost.

Osiris is a startup that uses tools of synthetic biology in order to design projects with a direct impact on society. The currently worked project is a biological electronic prototype capable of performing a rapid diagnosis of local arboviruses (Dengue, zika and chikungunya).
